![]() Estrogen and Your HealthEstrogen is a female hormone produced by the ovaries. Its level in a woman’s organism is depended on many: menstruation cycle, strength of bones, normal work of cardiovascular system, and emotional condition of women. When the level of estrogen reduces it may also affects hot flashes, headaches, night sweats and vaginal dryness, especially at the period of menopause.
